BH Basements initial offering and primary service was the excavation and creation of basements and structural shells being either retro basements or new build open excavation for residential and commercial properties. We take the project from soil analysis preconstruction to developing the sequence and construction methodology right through to completing the waterproofed structural shell.

Basements are common in many residential, commercial, and industrial constructions, providing additional living or storage space, parking and plant rooms. Basements are constructed using various methods and materials based on geographical location, soil type, hydrology, architectural and engineers preferences. With developed temporary works and the latest subterranean excavation and construction methods resalable space can now be achieved where previously would not be viable.
